Dedicated transport for people with reduced mobility
Greater Dijon offers prior bookings on a specific transport service for people with reduced mobility living in one of the member municipalities. After their admission application is approved, the DiviAccès service allows beneficiaries to travel from one address to another within Greater Dijon.
How does it work?
1. Apply for admission
Complete an application form, which is available to download, or contact the agency on 03.80.11.29.29. Then return it to:

Your application is then submitted to the specialised admissions committee, which is the only body authorised to approve or reject your application.

2. Make a booking
If you are eligible for the DiviAccès service, you can book from Monday to Saturday, 7 am to 6.30 pm, by:
Your shopping must be booked at least 2 hours before you travel. Booking changes or cancellations must be notified to the telephone advisors at least 1 hour before the scheduled time. If not, you will be charged for the cost of the journey.
3. View your bookings
You can view your DiviAccès bookings at any time on the website or on the DiviaMobilités mobile app (Bus&Tram section, then DiviAccès).

4. Pick-up by minibus
The DiviAccès Service operates every day, Monday to Saturday from 6 am to 12.15 am, and on Sundays and public holidays from 7 am to 12.15 am. There is no service on 1 May.
Pick-up takes place in front of your home, on the side of the road. A fleet of 10 minibuses equipped with access ramps provides transport for beneficiaries.
